IBS announces its Launching and Induction of Officers



The Iligan Bloggers Society will be having its Launching and Induction of Officers on Friday, August 26, 2011, 8:00AM at SMC-HRM Laboratory. It is a jumpstart activity to formally promote the organization to the borderless world. The event will be attended by  businessmen, city officials and fellow bloggers. 



The rationale of the said affair includes the following: 

1.       To make known in the community the organization’s mission, vision, goals and objectives.
2.       To encourage Iligan-based bloggers to join the society
3.       To motivate IBS officers in performing their respective duties and responsibilities with dedication and commitment
4.       To establish linkages

The group is committed to promote Iligan City as a peaceful place; and an amazing haven of nature and culture. With its launching and induction of officers, everyone gets more excited to showcase Iligan City to the world. May the occasion be successful, meaningful and fruitful.

    My best wishes to all of you at IBS in a successful meeting and formally introducing the Iligan Bloggers Society to Iligan City. As I have commented many times, to me, no one can " Sell Iligan " better than those that live there and post on the internet.

    I have seen some of the pics taken and it looks like it was a well attended affair. By viewing some of those present, I am certain it will add authenticity and credibility to Iligan Bloggers Society.
