MIMBALUT FALLS | ILIGAN | THE CITY OF WATERFALLS
Dubbed as the city of waterfalls, Iligan houses 23 amazing waterfalls. Basically, no two waterfalls are alike and it makes me excited to visit all these. My waterfall series begins with the pocket of wonder - Mimbalut Falls. It is located at Barangay Buru-un, approximately 11 kilometers away from the city proper. It is also included in the Tourism Triangle coined by the city tourism office together with Maria Cristina Falls and Tinago Falls. .

Mimbalut Falls appeared so beautiful to my sight, so virgin and natural. It is surrounded by lush trees that made it more charming. It is approximately 90 ft. tall and 18 ft. wide with cascading waters that one can enjoy hydro massage. You can also enjoy swimming on its pool basin - hmmm.... need to try this on my 2nd visit this year :-)

Iligan Paradise and Eco-Park has prepared a cable car for visitors' easy glance at the beautiful waterfall. Enjoy a 4-6 minute ride that will make you appreciate the entire view of the falls. Take photos as many as you can and be satisfied.
