Breeze pays tribute to hardworking hero moms with nationwide 1 Laba Day

Celebrating the heroes of the home, Breeze treated more than 19,000 hardworking moms across the Philippines to a day of rest, games and exciting surprises at the first-ever 1 Laba Day. The leading detergent brand took care of their laundry chores, washing a total of 481,536 clothes, in a series of events held simultaneously in multiple barangays in Metro Manila, Pangasinan, Batangas, Cebu, and Davao. Celebrity moms and surprise guests, including Sige Moms Christine Bersola-Babao, Gladys Reyes and Dimples Romana, headlined the nationwide events. At Barangay Commonwealth in Quezon City, radio DJ Laila Chikadora also kept the crowd entertained with her witty jokes and led the fun bingo games where moms won bicycles, skateboards, inflatable swimming pools and other toys for their children. CBAA hailed as MSU’s Home of the Champions

The College of Business Administration and Accountancy is hailed as Home of the Champions in the recently concluded 53 rd MSU Founding Anniversary Celebration. The college bagged 3 Overall Champion Awards in the University Intramural Games, Musical Extravaganza and Debate Competitions, while the King Faisal Center for Islamic, Arabic and Asian Studies (KFCIAAS) and College of Hotel and Restaurant Management (CHARM) got the Overall Champion Trophies in Literary Competitions and Dance Festival respectively. Hence, CBAA is the first of the 13 participating colleges to win 3 overall championships during the MSU Foundation Day Celebration. Prof. Imara C. MSU-IIT PALAKASAN: A CONVERGENCE OF PHILIPPINE FESTIVALS

MSU-Iligan Institute of Technology - MSU-IIT Palakasan is made more challenging, engaging and exciting with the street dancing competition. Inspired to be this year’s Palakasan Grand Champion, 8 schools and colleges of the institute vie for the 1st Prize in this contest considering that it will be 10% of the total score. Street Dancing Competition was started last year where every group of contenders represented their chosen festival of the Philippines. The sense of excitement among the viewers was extraordinary that each school/college created a platoon of supporters-cheering loudly until the performances ended.
